Retail construction runs on an opening date that does not move. The store has to be built to the brand’s standards, inside a landlord’s rules, often at night, and turned over clean enough to merchandise the next morning.

Do you build in malls as well as street locations?
Yes — both. Mall work adds tenant criteria, barricade and night-work rules, and landlord sign-offs, which we coordinate directly with property management.
Can you handle a multi-store rollout?
Yes. Several of the brands on this page have brought PBS to multiple locations. Rollout clients get a consistent team and the same reporting on every store.
Do you install owner-furnished fixtures?
Yes. We receive, protect, stage and install owner-furnished fixtures and coordinate them with the millwork and electrical scopes.
Do you work outside New York?
Yes. The locations section lists every state where PBS has completed projects shown on this site.
