Food service construction

Restaurant & Food Service Construction

Restaurant and food service buildouts — kitchen infrastructure, exhaust, plumbing, health department requirements and front-of-house finishes on tight opening schedules.

Food service construction is kitchen infrastructure first: exhaust, gas, grease waste, floor drains, walk-in boxes and the power behind a full equipment line — all inspected by more agencies than an ordinary interior.

PBS builds quick-service, counter-service and dining spaces, coordinating the kitchen equipment supplier with the trades so the line works on opening day.

Clients include: Kido Sushi · Proper Food · Sarku Japan.

Questions

Restaurant & Food Service FAQ

Do you coordinate with the kitchen equipment supplier?

Yes. Rough-ins come from the supplier’s drawings and we keep them on the project schedule so equipment arrives when the kitchen is ready for it.

Do you handle health department and fire inspections?

We build to the requirements on the drawings and coordinate the inspections that lead to opening.

Do you build multi-location food concepts?

Yes. Repeat food-service clients appear on this page with more than one location.
