Showroom Construction

Showrooms sell before a salesperson says a word, and the construction has to hold up to that scrutiny. PBS builds showroom interiors with an emphasis on millwork precision, lighting, and finish quality, coordinating closely with designers and fixture fabricators. We manage the full scope — demolition through final detailing — so the space reads exactly as designed on opening day.

Food Service & Restaurant Construction

PBS builds restaurants, quick-service locations, and specialty food spaces — portfolio work includes Proper Food, Jeni's Ice Cream, Kido Sushi, and Sarku Japan. Food-service construction lives in the infrastructure: kitchen exhaust and make-up air, grease waste, gas, refrigeration, and health-code detailing. We coordinate equipment vendors and trades around those systems and manage the inspection process through final sign-off.

Corporate Interiors & Broadcast Studios

PBS builds corporate office interiors and technically demanding broadcast facilities — including studios for NewsNation and The Hill in Washington DC, WPIX11 in New York, and KUSI in San Diego. Broadcast work compresses heavy MEP, acoustic, and low-voltage coordination into spaces that can't go dark, and that discipline carries into every office fit-out we deliver.
