Corporate interiors are built inside buildings that keep operating: tenants above and below, freight elevator schedules, building engineers and rules about when noise is allowed. The work is as much logistics as construction.
PBS builds offices, financial and professional spaces, and broadcast facilities — the most technically demanding version of a corporate interior, where power, acoustics and overhead structure all have to land in the same room.

Principal Builders Solutions served as general contractor for the Polish Slavic Federal Credit Union interior, delivering a corporate build-out suited to a member-facing financial institution. PBS coordinated the trades and managed construction through final finishes, creating a professional environment for the credit union's operations.

Do you build broadcast studios?
Yes. PBS has built newsroom and studio facilities; the projects on this page include them. Studio work adds dedicated power, acoustic isolation and overhead grids to a normal interior scope.
Can you work while the rest of the floor is occupied?
Yes. Phasing, containment and after-hours work are planned up front so the business keeps running.
How is the project reported?
Through Procore: daily logs, photos, RFIs, submittals and schedule, visible to the owner’s team throughout the job.
