On Broadway in SoHo, Principal Builders Solutions delivered the Steve Madden store as general contractor, transforming the space into a refined retail environment for the brand. PBS managed the full build-out — coordinating trades, millwork, lighting, and storefront finishes — and navigated the constraints of a busy downtown corridor to hand over a clean, on-brand selling space.
