PBS served as general contractor for Idriss Dermatology, delivering the interior build-out of this dermatology practice in Midtown Manhattan at 80 West 40th Street. Working within an occupied office building, PBS coordinated the trades and finishes required to transform the third-floor space into a clean, patient-ready clinical environment tailored to specialty dermatologic care.
