PBS Maintenance is the facilities maintenance division of Principal Builders Solutions, Inc. We keep stores, offices and multi-location brands running — surveyed locations, preventive maintenance on a set cadence, and service requests handled through one portal, reviewed by PBS before anyone is dispatched.

Principal Builders Solutions has built retail stores, showrooms and offices for national brands since 2009. PBS Maintenance is the same company and the same team, now keeping those spaces open, safe and looking the way they were designed — long after the ribbon cutting.

## How it works
1. **Initial facility survey** — Every location is surveyed first — photos, equipment and conditions recorded in a living checklist that stays current from visit to visit.
2. **Preventive maintenance** — Each location runs on its own cadence: quarterly visits, plus monthly HVAC filter changes where a location needs them, such as street-front stores.
3. **Service requests, 24/7** — Submit a request any time through the client portal. A PBS coordinator reviews every one before dispatch and matches it to a vetted local contractor by trade and coverage area.
4. **Live tracking** — See when the technician is en route and on site, with before-and-after photos, closeout and client sign-off on every job.
5. **One clear invoice** — Each job closes with one clear invoice — no stack of separate vendor bills to reconcile.
6. **Recommendations** — Issues spotted on visits are flagged with repair-vs-replace guidance, so budgets can be planned instead of reacting to failures.
